Compression Limiters

Compression Limiters are designed to protect components of an assembly from the compressive loads generated when a bolt is tightened to its recommended torque.

Comprising three critical dimensions, compression limiters focus on a specific inside diameter, which will accommodate a required bolt, an outside dimension, designed to fit into a designed hole, and a length that is specific to the thickness of the material that should not be compressed.
