Our Process and Materials Produced

Our tubular stamping process produces parts with high strength as compared to plastics and we offer it as a cost-effective alternative to cut-to-length tubing or screw machined parts. Examples of the types of parts we produce include split seam spacers, dowel pins, slotted spring pins, bushings, and inserts. Materials of construction include all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including high performance spring steels and stainless steels. Working with materials having widths measuring from .250” to 6″ with wall thicknesses ranging from .021″ to .187″, we can produce parts with inside diameters from .109” to 1.530” and outside diameters from .171″ to 1.750”.  We also offer numerous finishing options including plating, painting, and black oxide.  In addition, we offer centerless grinding, austempering as well as case hardening.
